OUR DRIVE:

PERSONALISED SERVICE WITH ADDED VALUE

We want companies to have professional availability without having to set up their own telephone switchboard. Many medium-sized companies, craft businesses, and service providers struggle with the same problem: they need someone to answer the phone, make appointments, and respond to customer inquiries—but a full-time position is not worthwhile, or they simply cannot find anyone in the depleted labor market.

The “answering machine” or “voicemail” solution is not a real solution. Customers call because they want an answer now—not in three hours when you call them back. And often they don't call back at all, but call your competitors instead.

That's exactly where we want to start. Not as a faceless service provider that just answers phones and takes notes, but as a partner who understands how your business works, what your customers need, and how to communicate professionally—without sounding stiff. Our goal is not to become the largest telephone service provider in Germany.

Our goal is to be the best for the companies that work with us. We would rather have 50 satisfied customers than 500 mediocre ones.

OUR MISSION:

Every day, we make sure that our customers are reachable—even if they are visiting a customer, working in production, or simply don't have time to answer the phone. We take calls, make appointments, contact new customers, and survey existing customers about their satisfaction. Everything related to communication on the phone.

In doing so, we try to combine three things:

1. Professionalism
We don't do this on the side. We have trained employees, clear processes, and modern technology. When we say we are available, we are available.

2. Humanity
No one wants to talk to a robot. Our employees listen, think for themselves, and respond flexibly. No scripted zombie mode.

3. Honesty
If we can't do something, we say so. If we're not the right people for a project, we refer you elsewhere. Better no collaboration than a bad one.

What we don't want

SUPPORT THAT REALLY GETS THROUGH

Just as important as what we are is what we don't want to be: not an anonymous large call center with different contact persons every week. Not a cheap mass provider that works at dumping prices—quality has its price. Not a standard script reader who recites the same thing to every customer, whether it fits or not. And certainly not a sales team that uses aggressive tricks. We do outbound acquisition, yes – but with decency.
