First things first: yes, we save you time and money. Time, because you or your team don't have to worry about phone calls, coordinating appointments, or making sales calls. Instead, you can focus on what generates revenue. Money, because you don't have to set up a full-time position for a switchboard with all the associated costs: salary, social security, vacation cover, sick leave, training.
You only pay for what you need. 10 hours a month? No problem. 100 hours? Also possible. Sometimes more, sometimes less? We scale accordingly.

If we can't do something, we say so. If we're not the right people for a project, we refer it elsewhere or decline. Better no job than a bad one. If something goes wrong, we talk about it instead of making excuses or keeping quiet. If we notice that a project isn't working, we address it. That may sound obvious, but unfortunately it's not always the case.
Many service providers initially say “yes” to everything in order to get the job. Then they realize they can't do it, but don't say anything, and deliver mediocre service until the customer eventually cancels. We do things differently.
