Let's be honest: most call center jobs sound like hell. Cramped cubicles, aggressive sales targets, reading scripts until you drop. We do things differently. We are a small team here in Münster that provides professional telephone services for tradespeople, online shops, and service providers. No mass processing, just genuine customer care.
And for that, we need people who

- are reliable (if you say you're coming, then you actually show up)

What should you should offer
What we expect from you—and what we don't
You don't have to be an expert. Don't worry! However, we generally expect the following:
- Friendly, clear voice
Accent is not important, as long as you can be understood easily. German should be fluent (at least B2 level). - Basic PC skills
- You need to be able to write emails, use a browser, and maybe maintain a list in Excel.
- Reliability: If you say you'll be working Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., then you'll be there. Sounds obvious, but unfortunately it's not always the case.
- Desire for communication
- You don't have to be a salesperson, but you should enjoy talking to people.
What you DON'T need:
- 5 years of call center experience
- High school diploma or university degree
- perfection
