our history
NEXTTOP has been around since 2016. We emerged from Krämer Marktforschung, one of Germany's leading market research institutes, headquartered here in Münster. Why are we telling you this? Because it explains where we come from and what shapes us. Krämer Marktforschung has been conducting professional surveys for decades – by telephone, online, and in studios. Thousands of interviews per year, the highest quality standards, international projects with clients from all industries. As part of this group, we have learned how to communicate professionally on the phone, how to conduct conversations, and how to deal with people—even when things get difficult. No market research institute
We have acquired the expertise, i.e., trained employees, experience in conducting interviews, and the technical infrastructure. But instead of conducting anonymous surveys, we offer something different:
